LT / TRACKER

Laser tracker measurement

Large components, machine alignment and plant installation over distances up to 80 m. Built for jig construction and commissioning.

Measuring arm & probing

Tactile inspection of hole patterns, fits and geometric tolerances, directly at the machine or at goods-in.

Full-surface capture of complex free-form shapes, castings and sheet-metal assemblies as a complete point cloud or mesh.

02 — Process

From first call to inspection report

Every job runs through the same five steps. The order is fixed — it is what keeps the results traceable.

Define the measurement strategy

We agree the datum system, the required tolerances and the characteristics to inspect, based on your drawing or CAD model.

Capture on site

Setup, temperature logging and measurement — usually during running production, with no disassembly.

Registration & alignment

All stations merged into one coordinate system, best-fit or RPS alignment as specified.

Nominal-actual comparison

Colour-mapped surface comparison against CAD, geometric tolerances evaluated to ISO 1101.

Documentation

Inspection report as PDF with equipment traceability, plus all raw data and the derived CAD model.
